I really like the 8x8 app so that my desk phone rings onto my mobile so I am less likely to miss important calls.

We are a small business. One of the struggles of a small business is the ability to afford big business tools! With 8X8 we are able to have big business options for a affordable price. Options like voice recording, remote lines via the 8X8 app, voice mails sent to e-mail in case your out of the office you know you missed a call. There are other features that we have access to if we ever need them. Monte

We first went with 8x8 as a cost savings move to stop paying for long distance and international calls. It immediately cut our phone bill in half even while we added lines. We have stayed with 8x8 for over 5 years and have appreciated their dedication to improving their service through technology and software updates as well as providing excellent customer service!

Being able to listen to and forward voicemails from anywhere in the world is a huge benefit, as well as being able to use wifi to dial our international customers when we're out of the office.
