The app is a bit clunky. You cannot have more than 5 tabs open. Sometimes it logs the wrong contact in SalesForce. Pretty good.
The app is great, however, I typically have 10+ tabs open and it doesn't log calls with >5 tabs open.
Great app. It loses a star because it doesn't always log the correct name with the account.
I don't know how I got by without this app. Love it
Our company is in retail, restaurant, manufacturing and mail order so we are anything but usual. We utilize 8x8 Cloud Communications and we love it because it is flexible and allows us to plug in phones at wherever we need and be able to service our accounts. Additionally, we are now using mobile as well. Great Job!

As a working mom, I work part-time, and there are times when I need to make a telephone call from home. It is SO incredibly helpful to be able to use my work telephone and to have my client service be seamless. Also, 8x8 makes it possible for me to make international phone calls from home, when I otherwise do not have an international calling capabilities.
