Plug in for SF is not always accurate. Calls are often dropped or filled with static. Virtual office desk top could me much better with voice mail playback.
App works well. Wish there was more customization available.
Solid way to make calls without having to dial each number. Also nice that it records them for call reviews etc.
Works well and have run into almost 0 issues with it, other than the occasional having to reload of my browser to get the outbound dial up.
I wish it could have an unlimited amount of tabs to be logged in on. Otherwise, fairly satisfied with the service.

I really like how easy it is for 8x8 to pick up a call in SF and then log it with a quick note. It is extremely easy and efficient, compared to my past experiences in sales (Cisco phones and Oracle CRM). I also really like how easy it is to review call recordings. Keep it up!
