What I love is the excellent customer service I received when having issues with call record options. The customer service rep continued to dig, determined to find a solution. Instead of keeping me on hold, she would research the problem and then call me back with resolution. Additionally, when I joined the company I currently work for I needed to get a headset so I could work and be "hands-free."
