I like how the names of callers show up on my computer screen so it's easy to tell whether I need to answer it or not. It helps reduce unwanted interruptions. I also like the log on the computer in case I need to see when someone called or if they did while I was in the lab.
We have 2 locations and love how we can transfer calls to our other location across town. Love how we get email notification when someone leaves us a message.
