I love the ability to forward your voicemails to your email account. I can't tell you how many times I have been away on business in a meeting when I received an important voicemail through my email account. It has allowed to me provide my clients with an increased level of customer service, while staying on top of my workload. Thank you 8x8 for increasing my productivity!

8x8 helps us save time through its integration with Salesforce. Not only are we able to track all of our calls being made, but its a seamless transition to enter in our notes right after we hang up the phone and move onto the next prospect/customer. Time is the most expensive thing to waste and with 8x8, we save a ton of it!

What I love about 8x8 services is how easy it is to use. I love how I can see who is calling me before I answer the phone not only that I love how I can be on the phone and I can communicate though the instant message with another person while Im on the phone. 8x8 services is very easy to operate very self explanatory, also i like how if I have an issue that all have to do is send an email and I get a response immediately. This service is very user friendly and I recommend all businesses to have it.

Exceptional Customer Service and Support! 8x8 provides me the services and support I need to be extremely productive and successful in my day-to-day operations of a small call center on a tropical island, but I don't fee like a small call center based on their support. I own a Answering Service located in a rural town in Eastern Oregon. Technology is limited and expensive here. I turned to VOIP services to provide forwarding numbers for my clients and turned out that 8x8 also offers a CRM that is amazing in streamlining clients and keeps records of all messages since the day I started! I love the 8x8 app- helps with business on the go. I never have to worry about missing a voicemail or a call when I'm out of the office. I also the ability to have emails forwarded to email as sound clips- it saves so much time and makes it much easier to manage and organize clients.
