We love that we can use your service anywhere. We have multiple office across the world and allows us to reach anyone using 4 digit dialing as well as major cost savings on the international dialing. The other thing we love is the 8x8 app. Allows us to be anywhere and still appear to be in the office.
What we most love is the ability to get notifications of voice mail via email. So, whether we are in the office or on the road and email notifies us if we missed a call. Not only that, but I can tell if the message is to my direct extension or to the group I am attached to and make sure it is not missed if someone is out of the office. I also like the email verification of faxes-you know if was a successful transmission or not and have verification that important documents were received. I like how flawlessly simplistic the service is. I also think it's very useful and cool how it can be accessed both through the phone and on the computer.
The thing I love most about 8x8 services is the connectivity, being able to connect seamlessly to our clients and employees makes 8x8 an asset that no business should live without.
I really love the options and ease of the voicemail system. The function to call back someone directly from the message they left and then go back and continue listening is amazing. Also, the option to listen to voicemails through the computer or the phone directly is a big help. Great improvement over our old system.
8x8 has a user friendly account manager to be more accurate i would say it is a hub where i can do almost everything regarding my phone lines and faxes , i have used many voip and efax providers but none of them have these features which 8x8 has, it keeps me connected and i can change anything regardless of my location. The customer service team is very co-operative and helpful. so far it is the best service provider i had
