As a small team in a growing business we depend on clear communications with our clients. What we are a small company with 6 employees. We all work from home. We work in 5 different cities and 2 different states. With the auto-attendant calls can be routed to the appropriate extension or group of extensions. This way a call is always answered and most customers don't know that the person we transfer a call to isn't down the hall. The other product that works well with us not being in the same office is the bridge. We use this a lot for meetings.
