The reliability of the service. Before choosing 8x8 we had a service that would drop calls almost daily. When working with their support teams they would always point the finger back at us. Saying that the problem was on our end and they could not do anything about it. The decision was made to drop that service provider and look for a new one. 8x8 service is prompt and ease of use with online account makes is convenient to make changes/updates to one's account. Customer service reps are courteous and helpful when one needs to call and speak to them directly about an account.
Our company loves the various options that are available like the ability to choose different types of out of office messages, the ability to transfer, conference and forward calls to other phone lines. It is so nice having this be internet based rather than having to depend on land lines. We are very happy with the product.
Great for an office on the go I've been using the app for a while since deploying a new VoIP solution. Have been pleased with the app - great to hop on WiFi and be able to make an 'office call'. Can and will recommend. Options and Ease of Use The application and website controls makes the 8X8 system really great to use. I can do just about anything I can think of with this system. 6 stars plus.
I haven't had any problems with the service provided by 8x8 at all. Low rate and good service
We are currently in transition and do not have an office "home." Working with the virtual office lets us conduct business from wherever we are without our sharing our personal numbers with the patients. The fact that it's incredibly easy to use and very handy has taken a little stress out of our transition.
We love the fact that it makes it easy to know who is in the office and who is and isn't on the phone because of the indicators.

I use my 8x8 all day. I love the instant messaging aspect. Being able to talk to someone on the other side of the building quickly is a great service.
