For me, i love the ease of being able to forward my 8x8 landline phone to my cell phone. this way my customers can always reach me, and the ease of doing it makes it AWESOME. The other great feature is getting my voicemails emailed to me. So if im in another part of the building and dont want to forward my calls, if somebody calls and leaves a voicemail - i get it on my cell phone right away.
