The ease of Administration. Move , Add's , and Changes are very easy through the Web interface and it doesn't take much to provision a new phone. Best thing is I am not held hostage by some local provider that needs to charge me for every change I need to accomplish on my Phone System
I have been using 8x8 for a little less than a week. Nonetheless, my experience with the service and support couldn't be any better. I make approximately 15-20 calls per day and each lasts about 20-30 minutes each. The system quality is amazing, the sound is crystal clear and no calls have been dropped. However, the iPhone application could use some work to fix some bugs and improve its efficiency. I love being able to use my desk phone on the road and receive VoiceMail through email.
I love that I have your app on my phone. When the day is not quite over but it's time to leave the office, I can contact customers from my phone without them knowing I'm working remotely.
