I love that I can login online and effortlessly make changes to our system at any time 24/7. It is convenient when registering new employees, vacations, directional voicemail or grouped messages and much more. Customer service is great to work with and they solve our questions with ease. Flexibility! We love it that it is so easy to do anything. Need a number in Australia? Done. Need to swap out a physical phone for another one? Done. Need a hunt group for inbound calls? Done. Technical support is always helpful and they work hard to make sure we are happy. Finally, we love it that 8x8 is constantly upgrading features and services behind the scenes and we get to enjoy these new capabilities now. 8X8 has the best customer service representatives that I have encountered. They are not only eager to help with the problem at hand, but they ask and really go out of their way to answer any other questions. We love the control that we have and the automatic forwarding in the event of internet failure was a life saver when the Router we had went down during a busy work day. 7 hours later, the boss was still relaxed in that he knew the calls were still getting through. I am very happy that we have 8x8 on our side now!
