We love the flexibility of the system and the level of support we have received from everyone involved in the process, including troubleshooting of issues as users managed to configure their phones in strange ways (mostly because they were still using "old" key maps from the previous provider).
I love the ease of configuration. I have complete control over my system.
I like the phone service best. Whenever I have a voice mail - it's transferred to my email which i can listen to when ever I want and wherever I want using my computer or my mobile devices.

We love the 8x8 service, because it offers not only easy to understand phones, but easy set-up as well. I personally have taken full advantage of the desktop application that allows me to receive and send calls from any computer. It opens up a world of usability for working and talking on the phone.
Our business has considered switching to VOIP for many years but we were never satisfied with the clarity and reliability of the connection or most importantly, the cost . We recently made a move to a building that only offered VOIP. During the transition we had access to the team assisting customers in the first 30 days of making the change in phone services. We love the ability to reach any of our 3 locations with a simple extension and NO phone company is involved! 8x8 has been one of the single greatest decisions we have made as a company.
The feature that is my favorite is the chat section which allows more than one participant at a time. Also like the fact that we can customize our "away" to better clarify our expected availability timeframe.
Great, convenient service! Able to plug in your office phone anywhere/ location!
