I love the 8by8 system because it helps me as a clinician keep organized. I find it very helpful that we can save the contact info for our commonly in contact offices. The online fax system is great and helps us as a company stay on top of our appointments and documents. We have contact with Dr.Office's, sleep clinics, nursing homes and many other facilities and it is imperative to send and receive these necessary documents in a timely manner. I like that the connection is always clear. I signed up for 8X8 over a year ago. But we moved 7 months ago to a new city. The new cable company promised a high speed line with great connection. Sounded like I was whispering and in the next room. I dropped it immediately and went to unpack the 8X8 system from our moving boxes. I unpacked the phone and hooked it up. I absolutely love how we were able to remove having multiple bills for long distance, conference calls, phone service, maintenance coverage; all were eliminated! VoIP does it all!!
I love the ability to work from home and be more efficient. It allows me to avoid rush hour traffic, sleep in more and be more productive.
We love that it has automated holiday greetings. The ease of access to change any extensions, names or greetings saves so much time compared to our last phone system. The customer service is always willing to help as well.
