we love the convenience of 8x8. we can use the 8x8 app and answer our phone while away from our desk. We also like that we can chat with each other without either yelling across the office and can also convey a message to an employee about a customers policy as the customer sits across from them.

I love that I can view a list of calls made and received. I also love that my voicemails show up in my email.
I personally enjoy having the ability to use our smartphones with the 8x8 app to answer calls when we're away from our desk. Being a help desk tech this means I can help our users faster than before and now with very clear audio!
Our office is very busy and the phones ring constantly. 8x8 has helped keep the line of communication within our office open and saves us so much time. Anytime a call comes in and needs to be transferred, we are able to instant message the person the call is for and let them know who it is prior to transferring the call. We are also able to go back to check history which we do quite often.
I love being able to share a main office phone number with my assistant as both of us are on the go and neither of us have a set office location
