Our business has found 8x8 to be a tremendous tool to work more efficiently. Well first off, it is a softphone which allows us to work remote without having the hassle of using a landline. Second, I can call from out of the country, and also submit faxes using the 8x8 which is great! Third it is user friendly, and so easy to use, I am so glad our business installed this product, I wish we would have used this a long time ago!
