The ability to access our calls and VM from anywhere. Also the ability to use the computer as the phone hub so that we can use a better quality headset when taking the calls.
Before 8x8, all of our work-from-home agents had to answer calls on their personal cell phones - yuck! I love that my agents are able to switch seamlessly between the desk phone and the softphone app. Each of my agents has a preference of which one they like to use, so I'm glad I can keep everyone happy without sacrificing the quality of the calls. It also makes working on the go a breeze!
8x8 Unified Communications Services has made it more possible for me to have a job, and be a huge asset to my company! I work for Camper's Paradise, an on-line retailer of discounted RV parts & accessories. The office & warehouse are located in Charlotte, NC, while I live in Indianapolis, IN. When in a very busy office setting- knowing who is calling and being able to quickly click on their name to dial saves us time and we are able to keep our customers happy.
The options are incredible but most importantly, the system is user friendly. What more could you ask for?
