When I came to this company as a HR Director I had never worked on 8X8. I love the fact that I can stay in touch with all of my offices, Miami, Dallas, Atlanta, Marietta, Orlando, Jacksonville and Tampa at one time. ICA/HDR, my employer, is an asset management company who does all the inspection and maintenance for the local and state bridges. With the important nature of our work it is vital that we have our phones manned by someone 24/7. Having the 8x8 communication services has been crucial to us. My connection is a home connection not connected to any business. I have been a 8x8 customer since ...... before it was 8x8 and was Packet 8, and have been very happy with the service. I only have problems when my internet goes out which thankfully is not often. When I use my phone it is easy and works every time. With the change to all business the only thing I miss is the cordless phone that I had (my phone was recently replaced because it was not working).. The cordless feature is no longer an option.
we moved our phone services over to 8X8 after suffering for 2 years with Jive Communications dropped calls, system failures and overall customer NON SUPPORT. since we have been with 8X8 we have noticed that our call volume is up, our actual lost calls are down significantly and the customer care when interaction is needed is first class! I would recommend (and have) 8X8 to anyone whom was looking for IP based phone services. Sean McDermott
