The connectivity and the fact that that you don't have to work hard for it. "Don't make me think, just connect us" is a pretty apt description. I especially love that I can check in from a mobile device as I have to travel quite often.

Our management staff is off work on Fridays, but we need to have a receptionist presence so, for years, we have had a receptionist commuting to the office and working the desk/phone all by herself. efficient - this is the word I would like to describe the 8*8 services. Especially, I like the 8*8 app for my computer. It is so convenient, simple and easy. Just like the old-fashion MSN chat app - login when you start your computer, chat with people - very simple and easy. As a short story - the client is coming and wait to see my colleague but she is on the phone, I send her the message via 8*8 without disturbed her phone call. I appreciate the service from 8*8. Finally, voicemail has entered the truly digital age. I never have to login via my phone--I just pull up the app on my computer and boom, I'm done. That's an amazing thing. Easy to login, easy to listen, easy to delete. It's awesome!
It is very simple. When our headquarters was in Portland, Maine, we paid a monthly amount for the exact phone system we have now that was many times more. Working with 8x8 is a huge saving. I would recommend the company in a heartbeat!
