I love 8x8, because it has so many customizeable features that allow me to have the quality of communication of a large firm, while actually running a one-person office. We have only had the new phone system for about 2 weeks so far but already it has increased productivity. Our phones are no longer monsters that we avoid at all costs thanks to the upgraded equipment that came with our service package.
