We are an small electrical contractor in Portland, Oregon, and needed a more professional way of answering our phones and transferring calls. We love the many features like email notifications for voice mails, It makes us look and sound like the big guys we compete with, without the huge expense of a phone system. Also the availability to easily change settings in the control panel, we have been a long time customer, and have referred other small businesses.
That my voice messages get sent to me via email. I spend a lot of time on the road and this is great!!!
I like the VOIP feature the most because we are constantly moving in and out of the US. The service is very versatile.

8x8 is exceptional, I really love the conference calling feature. Most overall the app is great so I am able to make calls from my mobile phone and have 8x8 track the call!
Are company is a out 40% remote. We love that we can either buy a phone and add service or add soft phone service without any issues, anytime we need it. We have phones in the UK, Chicago, and Arkansas that talk to each other and are easily configurable.
The value in 8x8 is immeasurable. All of my phone, fax, forwarding, and voicemail needs are managed seamlessly. The 8x8 app has allowed me to cut the cost and necessity of an on call phone line. and the system supports me even when there is a power outage...which happens often here. The customer service chat option is great also. I have used it for setting up my fax machine and custom hold music. 8x8 has helped my small business stretch it's budget without forfeiting quality service.
Its so easy to call back my clients and I love the app where I can come out of office and still have communication with my clients.
