Between the Fax and HIPAA compliant system, I couldn't imagine a better system for our company. Being a telehealth technology provider who just broke out into this ever-changing healthcare industry, 8x8 has taken care of so many of our concerns for the security in how doctors speak with patients.
I work from home which means my only means of communication with customers and other employees throughout the day is via my 8x8. I love the on screen features that show me who is available, who has called me and who I have called. The best part is being able to move around my home office, changing my view often, and all I have to do is grab my laptop and headset and go! Thank you 8x8 for allowing us to not be a slave to our desks!

Great Customer Service and you can actually talk to a person instead of pushing bunch of numbers finally to be disconnected by your own service you are paying for it. Most of all cost effective and you can customize your phone service the way a business would like it to be.
What I love most about 8X8 is that regardless of where I am or what device I have with me, I can CHOOSE to take a call as if I'm sitting at my desk. I also appreciate the voicemail feature that lets me express an internal message as well as an external message. That allows the opportunity to utilize individual messages based on familiarity. I appreciate the flexibility.
8x8 allows me to work from home which is a dream come true. The accountant I work for mentioned me doing this a year ago and we finally worked out the logistics, the phone being a major issue. I am thankful that we partnered with 8x8 in order to make this happen.
