I love the ease of use and customizability of 8x8. We changed from a competitor and were amazed how much we were missing not using 8x8 from the start. It has made us more efficient and cutting edge in our business with less issues or down time. We have recommended 8x8 to our colleagues.
With multiple locations it was always difficult to keep workflow going when each location had a separate phone system. Moving to an VOIP system was a no brainer and I am glad I chose 8x8. From initial quotes and estimates by my sales rep, to the customer service reps, to the continued support by my sales rep I can say I have no complaints. Using 8x8 has made my business run much smoother and I am thankful for that.
Other than saving our business a lot of money, the support team is absolutely fabulous. Each time I have called they have been able to resolve my issue instantaneously. The system is simple to use and connects 2 offices efficiently. Love it.
I love that no matter where I am in the world - Copenhagen, Valencia, Los Angeles - my customers can reach me easily and seamlessly. They dial one number, and the phone system quickly finds rings me. Customers don't even know they are chatting with me while I am sitting on a houseboat in Copenhagen Harbor watching the sun set! All they know is that I am there for them regardless of the time zone I am in at the moment.
I love 8x8. Access to a complete telephone, fax and conference services that I can access anywhere I have my smartphone or computer and and internet connection breaks the chain to the physical office! I work in a business where connections will make or break you. I love the ease of 8x8 allowing me to take care of mundane office duties that allow me to get back to making connections or refortifying them. I like the 8x8 Virtual Office Desktop (aka thing-a-ma-jiggy since I am a non-technical person.)
I love how 8x8 allows me to run my business from anywhere - without having to incur the cost and burden of equipment. After mantaining a small office for 4 years, we made the decision to "go virtual." We dumped our office lease, furniture, utilities telephone hardware and services. We replaced our voice, converencing and fax services with 8x8 and are loving it. We can work from anywhere - at minimal cost - and are always connected.
