I have been using 8 x 8 VOIP since before it was 8 x 8. (Cannot remember the former name of the service.) I have appreciated all of the upgrades that have been made available as well as the features included with the service. I really appreciate the mobile virtual office feature as I am self-employed and can monitor my office phone and answer calls when I am out of the office.

Our church was in need of an upgrade to telephone service. The Nortel PBX went bad and we were paying high rates to comcast for just plain old telephone service. We installed Voip phones at a discounted price from 8x8 and we got a telephone service that matches what our church needs. I've experienced prompt customer service and good follow through to close out issues. I also like using the online "chat" as a quick and easy way to get minor questions answered.
