HELLO THIS IS AWESOME.
Our church was in need of an upgrade to telephone service. The Nortel PBX went bad and we were paying high rates to comcast for just plain old telephone service. We installed Voip phones at a discounted price from 8x8 and we got a telephone service that matches what our church needs. I've experienced prompt customer service and good follow through to close out issues. I also like using the online "chat" as a quick and easy way to get minor questions answered.
Installing the VOIP phone system using 8X8 has greatly increased our efficiency with clients and communication between offices. In addition, we saved quit a bit of money in switching from Comcast VOIP to 8X8. I have also found their customer service, when needed, is quick and responsive to our needs and guides me through any issues I may come across. Rarely do I need to contact the customer service department.
8x8 is very cost competitive and offers an amazing array of services that they custom tailor to OUR needs. Virtual Office Mobile makes us all more productive, but we love the support of some fantastic desk phones, the addition of the Hot Desk feature, and the continually improving support for native Salesforce integration. The voice quality and reliability are excellent - we have essentially ZERO issues with quality or reliability of calls and that says a lot.
