Transitioning from our dinosaur in house system to 8x8 was awesome. Deployment team, to account manager was very helpful and was on the ball. Our transition was smooth from hosting it inhouse to migration to 8x8 the next day. Best VOIP provider out there! I love our 8x8
I was reluctant to switch to a VoIP phone system but I'm glad I did. 8x8 made the transition simple and seamless and the service is reliable.
8x8 has been a wonderful addition to our company. We previously had a traditional landline system and when it came time to replace devices we asked the local provider to offer a quote on the installation of new lines and phones. That quote came in at $23,000 plus $50 per 15 minutes for phone support and a minimum $150 site visit fee for every onsite request. 8x8 Hosted VoIp is a fanstatic product. It works reliably and customer service when needed is good. Only issue we have had is with interfacing with our factory paging system but they are working with us to resolve it.
