great product and good service. we have been using 8x8 for 4 more years and enjoy the quality. the feature most likely is that I can use it anywhere as long as connecting the internet. suggestion feature: integration with other system need to be improved.

I've used 8x8 for a total of about 3 years. My experience with them has been excellent. Their network is fast, and the voice transmission is clear and audible. Price wise, 8x8 may be slighter more expensive, but I have found the trade off more that worth the cost. I would - and do - recommend 8x8 to whoever expresses an interest in voip phone usage.

Our conversion from a traditional AT&T system happened quickly and efficiently. I had delayed the decision to upgrade to VOIP for my company because I was worried about down time, inconvenience, training everyone on the new system-but our representative made everything happen so smoothly.

All voice communications are fantastic. My only concern is regarding the sending of a fax document from my desktop. Often I will receive many messages saying "Fax not sent to X(XXX) XXX-XXXX", Then, a number of minutes later, I will get a message that the Fax was sent. When checking with the person that I sent the fax to, says all is ok
Very reliable service. Always willing to help make sure I am getting the most out of my phone system. Really enjoy the flexibility I have to answer calls when I am not in the office. So glad I selected 8x8!
