Great about communication and working through the problems!
I was terrified to switch from At&t to internet based phone service. I bee with 8x8 fir close ti a year now and coukdn’t be happier.
Product seems to work fine but your service could use some help. It is very hard to actually talk to someone and with 3 different website that customers login into its confusing just trying figure out how to start a ticket in the first place. Its some what ironic that a phone company won't give you their phone number to call for service.
app is very laggy and buggy
We being enjoying the functions on this phones.

8X8 is exactly what we needed from a communications solution! I cannot rave about it enough and continue to refer it to my clients. The service is exceptional with few if any dropped calls. It is easy to transfer customer calls or send collected voicemails. The chat feature is especially helpful to reach out to those customers who prefer SMS text as a means of communication.
