Bring your own phone? Any one try to use 3rd party phone and have success?
Customer support owned it - was unable to cancel service and was hung up on 3 times by them trying to and customer support responded to my request and called me and handled it like a pro. Hope my cancel experience was a fluke and my customer support response was SOP.
