I was faced with a need to setup an entire office from the ground up with a total of 1 month before move in was needed. Not only was the setup , configuration and into live a breeze and almost plug and play, the users in the new building have all commented on the clarity of the calls. We love that we can stay connected on the road or away from the office - mobile app is AWESOME and the desktop app provides EXCELLENT control and visibility over communications. We also love that 8 x 8 services can be seamlessly integrated with our CRM - and whenever we've had a question (and we've had many) the support is and has always been OUTSTANDING! Keep it up!!
Where do I begin? Our favorite feature is the chatting option between co-workers. We can send a quick chat and not have to take up precious work time to call an unnecessary meeting. One last thing, that we can plug in our phone from home??? Say what? FLON loves it!
