We love that we can stay connected on the road or away from the office - mobile app is AWESOME and the desktop app provides EXCELLENT control and visibility over communications. We also love that 8 x 8 services can be seamlessly integrated with our CRM - and whenever we've had a question (and we've had many) the support is and has always been OUTSTANDING! Keep it up!!
Where do I begin? Our favorite feature is the chatting option between co-workers. We can send a quick chat and not have to take up precious work time to call an unnecessary meeting. One last thing, that we can plug in our phone from home??? Say what? FLON loves it!
