The only issue I have is that I can not remove text messages that are highly inappropriate. I don't know how they got there but they are there.
Mobile app is always lagging. Seems every-week there is another update. Support used to be great but is getting worse. The support staff is always helpful but the new web portal is a mess. Trying to open and manage cases takes way too many clicks. Finding a number to call is impossible. Trying to cancel my account has been a headache. 3 people, 3 different answers.
