Today two very fine men from A-One Refrigeration, Heating & Electrical in Tri-cities WA, Alex and Raffa, cleaned and sealed all the air ducts servicing my brand new central air system which was also installed by A-1 yesterday (see separate review). They were so friendly, and very competent. Certainly would use them again.

Freddy just came and did a Free Inspection and Wiinter cleaning of my heat pump. I thought I had a filter and come to find out I had the wrong one. He was awesome...showed me how to order one online and also gave me step by step how to install. I ended up purchasing from them just because I so appreciated the NO Pressure attitude and good service. You are the Best Freddy!!!!! Thank you so much!!!
Technician gets a 5, scheduling and communication get a low 3. Technician did a great job explaining what he did and found. Couldn't be happier with that. Scheduled for 9am on 7/5 about a month ago. At 9:30 I called and was told they'd find the right technician and get them heading my way in an hour or two. Easy to understand if all were out on emergency calls after the holiday, but nobody called.
