I highly recommend this company they are wonderful. The receptionist/ dispatcher I talked to on the phone in their office is professional, courteous and so very helpful. The technician that came out was very knowledgeable, he really knows what he is doing and is very professional, explained everything and made sure I understood and answered all my questions. On October 24th, 2025 I agreed to have some electrical issues repaired by A One. They quoted me $7,800 to replace up to 12 devices for a starter home re-device service. I told my technician that I felt that was a little expensive. He called an individual at the office who told me he would give us 10% discount since we have been customers for years. With that a total of $780.00 was subtracted from the bill bringing it down to $7,020.00 plus tax. I agreed to the work "assuming" I would receive an "itemized" invoice detailing p... read more
