Edit: The owner recently paid a visit and was clearly not happy about how the job went. He made it clear that this wasn't the type of experience that should be expected of his company and very generously returned a large percentage of the installation cost of the system and also offered 10 yrs. of free maintenance (neither of which I requested or expected). AC went down on holiday weekend. Called original install company first but they didnt call back until after the holiday. A1 came out on a holiday and took good care of us. Very nice and professional employees. Spend the money on good equipment, you get what you pay for.

The Technician A-One sent out was one of the best technicians I have used. I was a general contractor for almost 50 years and Terence was superior to most techs. He arrived ahead of time. He was glad to be at my home with a smile on his face. He was very knowledgable and competent. He quickly found the problem and solved it. He additionally checked out everything on my AC unit. So far so good. We manage a mobile home park and have used them the last five months or so for about six mobiles here; at this point everything seems good, no problems at all. The first bill we received was way over what the quote was so I called the company and spoke with one of the polite ladies and it was resolved without any issues. We will continue using this company, they are lower priced than others in the area.

There are few times in life when emergencies happen at the worst possible time. Just such a Time happen this week during the remodel of our house. We had an inspection from A1 on our furnace that resulted NS avoiding a fire that would have destroyed our entire home. Thanks to Kyle the owner, Alfa the office manager. I had quite an ordeal this past year on a property I own in Pasco. There was significant water damage at my house, and the HVAC unit went out in the middle of winter when too much moisture got into the air. The crew working on the house had to evacuate until the HVAC was inspected. The owner, Kyle, went out himself to perform the inspection and found that the HVAC unit was producing carbon monoxide from a cracked heat exchanger. I have had A-1 come to my house a couple times now. The first time they determined my thermostat was broken. They offered to replace it, but I knew it would be cheaper to go to home depot and buy one my self. Instead of being pushy, the tech was supportive of the idea and gave me his personal number if I needed help installing it. The second time my heat pump wouldn't kick on.
