About a year ago, I inherited a house that had an HVAC problem related to the air mover and ultimately concluded that the whole heating unit needed to be replaced. I realized this after having AOne Heating & Air contractor assess the situation and confirm what two other contractors had told me. Two year old system failed and we were charged over $260.00 warranty processing fee". Two months later we have approximately $40,000.00 worth of damage due to the condensation lines being left unattached. Upon calling the company they wanted to charge $79.00 to come and look at the damage. Run like hell, total scam company.

Scheduled a routine HVAC maintenance (phone solicitation $55.00 special) The guy came out, sabotaged my system and attempted to pressure my spouse into $1500.00 of unneeded repairs (I wasn't home at the time) Called my home warranty company, they fixed the "issues" Stay far far away from A1!

I work for a competing company to A1. I hear very dishonest things about them from many customers. My brother-in-law's mother before she passed, was sold a bill of goods for what mounted to was a little rust on some sheet metal inside the furnace, a non-issue. Little old lady should not be taken advantage of. For this reason, I would not recommend this company.

A-One's workers are knowledgeable good guys but Kyle the owner missed his calling. With all the lies he told me he should have been a car salesman. He told me I would be getting $2450.00 in rebates after I purchased my new unit in May, here it is almost Christmas, and I haven't seen a dime of it? He also told me before they installed my unit that they would reconnect some ductwork he said was disconnected, didn't happen? Worst experience ever. Simple clogged drain request. Plumbler, I believe, broke crumpling under my house, while snaking the drain and told me I "had a much bigger problem" that "would cost more". Charged me $244.00 and my sink was still clogged and I had to pay someone else to come fix the coupling and clean out the pipes to clear the clog!! Save yourself money and aggravation and actually find someone who guarantees their services!!
