Had issue with my icemaker, called Able. came out next day, Tim( appl. tech) explained repairs and parts needed so anyone could understand terms, then proceeded to to do the repair in timely fashion. Problem solved, everyone happy. Highly recomend!!

Able saved the day! During a heat wave, my older a/c system stopped cooling. I got several names from Angies List. Calls to 6 or 7 companies went unanswered, while John from Able was there within 2 hours. He was patient, diagnosed the problem (fuse) and fixed it promptly. He also showed me how to hose off the dirt from the outside coils, which I never knew we should be doing. I thought we were going to have to replace the system, but it is still working away. The cost to repair/re-fill the coolant was very reasonable.

Zack with Able Appliance repaired my a/c. He did an outstanding job and went above and beyond to resolve the problem. I have used Able several times and have been impressed with them every time.. Highly recommend them and Zack for their work.
My repairman, Justin, called before he came to find out what was wrong, then stopped to pick up the part before he came. He made the repair quickly, and discovered an additional problem. He located the second part needed for the repair and was back the next day to complete the repair. He was friendly, competent and polite, and answered all my questions. I will definitely call Able next time I need appliance repair.
I recently had Josh from Able Appliance service my A.C. unit. He arrived when he said he would, told me what I needed to do and then performed the work I approved. He also suggested I consider a new unit in the next year or two due to forthcoming changes in the availability of the refrigerant my unit uses. I was very pleased with the quality of service I recieved.

We have dealt with Able a few times over the years and recently were in a panic to get our front loading clothes washer back in operation. We checked with manufacturer Samsung and Best Buy Geeks but it would be several days before we could have the repairs. We contacted Able and got the repairs done the next day for about the same price as quoted by Samsung and Best Buy. Service technician (will try to add name later) was on time and excellent to deal with.

I would highly recommend Able Appliance Repair. Derick was highly professional and knowledgeable. He serviced out whirlpool duet washing machine. He did such a great job that we had him come back to service and clean our AC.
