I had my first consultation with Lisa Johnson on Saturday. I was approved for Tirzepatide. Lisa had someone show up at her home during the consult for a massage so she asked if it would be ok if she submitted my info after her massage. Of course I was fine with that. Well, it is now Tuesday night and my info still hasn’t been submitted to the pharmacy. They charged my card and set up an appointment. No one showed up for the zoom meeting but the nurse called about 15 mins later. I gave her my info amd that was it, I never got a prescription and never heard back. I emailed them and have not heard back. At this time, it appears to be a scam.

I kept connecting for 10 minutes to the Zoom link and received link in messages 5-7 times still took that long to connect to provider, as a cash paying patient I do not see that as acceptable, for any patient to be honest.

Jasmin has giving the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I let her know many hours ahead of time and she refused to respond or get this issue fixed. Never had any issues with the office until now. How you don't need help because she will be NONE

Well Jasmin I'm customer service is zero help and kinda awful. Has not responded to email and refused to get this issue fixed with my refill. So look out for her there. Awful

Had a appointment at 11:00. Got on the zoom call at 10:45. Waited for 45 minutes for the dr. He/she was a no show. When I contacted customer service they claim that there was a emergency. That would be fine but this isn't the first issue that I have had with this company, but this was the last straw for me.

Scheduling a consult was easy but it’s now 5 days later and a prescription still has not been sent in to my pharmacy

I went on the website make the payment said there was no available appointment calls, but with somebody was supposed to get a call back the next day call the location again did not answer. I had to request my payment back
