After the firts attempt with my app. I was doubtful about the Dr. they choose. They pair me up with another Dr. An i could not be happier!!! Am thrilled with the care and professionalism I experienced today and any doubts just went away!!!
Always the very best service. Angela in the office has gone above and beyond to help me when I need it. I highly recommend this program because I myself have lost 30 pounds.

They charged my card and set up an appointment. No one showed up for the zoom meeting but the nurse called about 15 mins later. I gave her my info amd that was it, I never got a prescription and never heard back. I emailed them and have not heard back. At this time, it appears to be a scam.

I kept connecting for 10 minutes to the Zoom link and received link in messages 5-7 times still took that long to connect to provider, as a cash paying patient I do not see that as acceptable, for any patient to be honest.
Jasmin has giving the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I let her know many hours ahead of time and she refused to respond or get this issue fixed. Never had any issues with the office until now. How you don't need help because she will be NONE
Well Jasmin I'm customer service is zero help and kinda awful. Has not responded to email and refused to get this issue fixed with my refill. So look out for her there. Awful
