Had a appointment at 11:00. Got on the zoom call at 10:45. Waited for 45 minutes for the dr. He/she was a no show. When I contacted customer service they claim that there was a emergency. That would be fine but this isn't the first issue that I have had with this company, but this was the last straw for me.
Scheduling a consult was easy but it’s now 5 days later and a prescription still has not been sent in to my pharmacy
I went on the website make the payment said there was no available appointment calls, but with somebody was supposed to get a call back the next day call the location again did not answer. I had to request my payment back
They missed my video appt. Then after rescheduling didnt call in prescription. I have to wait 4 days over the holidays. Very displeased being completely forgot about twice and no way to fix it.
Still waiting for my prescription. Told me she would call it in and two days later nothing. Not helpful

Set up multiple tele health appointments was charged to have appointment. No call no follow up at all. Had to report charge to get my money back.
Disorganized is the best way to sum up my experience. Not going to Southlake location again
