Service was more than excellent. I am new to Naples and was wary of calling contractor because previously I lived in full service building in Wash DC where all maintenance was done in house. Fortunately Acton was efficient, professional and on time. Highly recommend.
I was a little disappointed, we had left instructions for the driver to call us when he he was 1/2 hour out. That did not happened. The tech failed to pick up that there where three filters. He only pointed out one at the top of the stairs. I found out through a neighbor that their where two more, one in each bedroom. Because the driver did not have filter replacement, I had to go out and buy them and replace them myself. Not that it was a big deal but we where under the impression this was included.
