Crew was very efficient and did a great job. Took time to explain the process and answered all of my questions. They responded to the big deal immediately and came out the next business day. Have not seen any termites since they left. <br />

The service person called us within 24 hours of purchasing the Big Deal. We scheduled the appointment within a couple days. Person on the phone was extremely friendly and conversational to find out exactly what our current situation was for the house. He came out when my wife was home and explained what was being done in layman's terms. I have used this company twice and they have excellant customer service. In this day and age, there are toms of companies to choose from but rarely do you find someone who is responsive, does good work and has great customer service.....this company does! <br /> My appt got a little messed up and they were right on top of it to make it right. <br />
Richard gave a window of 2 hours and called before arriving within that time frame. Explained treatment after the inspection and applied chemicals all around the house. Great to do business with.
Technician was friendly and knowledgeable. Answered all our questions and showed us exactly what he was going to do before he did the job. Great deal through Angie's list. <br />
