professional, on time, explained what they were doing, did not drill holes and leave unsightly as had done by termite services in the past. <br />
They found some activity so they did some treatment of the house. They also did some drilling in that area of the activity. We call them yearly now and they did not charge anything this time.
Considering we had termites it was a good experience. We have a pest control company that we use, but I wanted a termite company to come out and take care of it...wasn't going to take any chances with termites coming back! Termite co. came out and showed me all the mud tubes around the perimeter of my house and assured me they could take of it. They were very thorough and professional. It has been 2 months and termite free!!!! <br />
Very well. RJ did an excellent inspection of the entire house and even found more termite damage than 2 previous companies had found. Richard did the work yesterday and we were very pleased. Both RJ and Richard gave us some useful info about termites, what to look for in the future, etc. Richard gave us his cell to call if we see anymore evidence of damage in the next few weeks. <br />
We had just moved into a new house and within 6 months, discovered termites! After discovering that the previous company wasn't reliable, we called Action Termite Control on Angie's list, and they came out immediately the next day. They were prompt, courteous, and reliable and offered a 10 yr warranty. We were relieved to get rid of the termites so quickly and look forward to continuing business with this professional company. <br />
They came on time and explained what they were going to do. They were friendly and courteous while completing the task in the time they estimated. <br />
