Action Termite was responsive, punctual, and thorough in their termite inspection and treatment. I would recommend them to friends and neighbors. <br />

It was great. The guy was very professional and very polite. I liked him a lot. I think that we got a great deal. The price was $759 for ten years. I liked that he answered all my questions to my satisfaction. The work that he did was great. We have no more problems. We had a side benefit of the treatment. We had a side issue; we were having a horrible problem with ants. It turned out great. It seem like they did everything what they were supposed to and I think it was a good deal. I would use them again.
Very professional. Took the time to explain post extension to me and what it meant for my house. The downside, when I bought the 10 year warranty, he did say they do a check up every year for $49 but did not say it was mandatory to keep the warranty. I don't feel he gave me full disclosure at the time. I don't know if this is normal procedure since this is my first house.

Theywere very good. In fact they had to come back because I had some more termite. They came, re-drilled and took care of it. Price was what I expected.
They have a very quick response and great customer service. They were also very quick in scheduling as well as the technician. They have very good value for the price. They performed the work in a very professional manner and the inspector/sales rep was very helpful. He answered all my questions.
