They were great! They responded to me very promptly and scheduled to come out very quickly. Richard was the tech, and I couldn't have asked for anything more. He was extremely nice, patient, and informative. I'm very happy I went with this company.
Everything went really well. They did a great job. They were efficient and on time. They patched holes and you could not tell that it had been patched as the work was done very well.

This company is second to none, from the first initial assessment to the completion of the job. Richard arrived on time, was able to complete the job from the outside prior to me getting home. When I arrived, he only needed to treat the garage area and inside. RIchard provided me with helpful information. For my co-workers who have or will termite eradication, they better choose this company. Thank you to RJ and Richard for a pleasant experience. <br />
It went really well. During the free home eval/inspection we discussed the vulnerabilities of my house and the possible treatment options. I did not feel pressured into anything, but the Angies deal is a good deal and they did not charge extra even though my house was over the square footage listed for the deal. <br />
Their product is Termidor and comes with a 10 yr warranty. Inspection by RJ done pretty well but I did have to point out the concretenear the garage, and the infestation in the front yard. Overall, his diagram was more thorough and correct given my input than the others that had given me a bid. The price over the 10 yr period came out to be the best. Treatment was done with no issue so just waiting to see positive results which will take some time. <br />
The service professionals were great. They did a highly professional job and their service level was top-notch. <br /> I did have a slight re-occurance of termites a few months after the initial treatment, which the company came by to re-treat from the inside of the building, at no cost to me.
