My tenant got a quote from someone else and we used them instead. I would use Action Termite Control in the future.
Don't take the first price estimate given it may go lower if you ask.
When they came to do the work they were very professional. The treatment involved drilling around the perimiter of the house and they were very careful to dig trenches around the foundation and make the drill holes as inconspicuous as possible. They patched any exposed drill holes and refilled the trenches. You could barely tell thay had been there.
They accomplished the original treatment efficiently. They have been back twice to retreat a continuing trouble area in the garage. Their price was very good compared to other quotes.
The estimator came earlier than the appointment time (which is OK by me). The inspection was thorough and the estimate seemed fair. The treatment had to be rescheduled by Action Termite (a worker was ill), but they rescheduled for the following week. Jesus arrived on time and finished early, and he even came back on a Saturday morning to finish an area that was too wet to treat on his first visit. I'd recommend this company for its quick service and fair pricing.

It went really well. I have not had any problems going forward. The individual that came out, Richard, was on time did the work and was very thorough. He dug trenches and placed the termidoor around the perimeter of the house and the detached garage and the tunnels that were going up my garage went away. The price included a 6 year warranty and it would have been $795.00 with a 3 year warranty, if I would have chosen to go that route.
They were on time for the estimate and treatment. They recommended the long lasting termidor which agreed with my online research.
