People were very polite and professional, however I learned from my tenant that the person who came to the house did a terrible job and was fired. Needless to say the bugs did not go away. After a 2nd visit within the 30-day warranty period the bugs are still in my rental house. <br />
I had signed up for service every 2 months after the initial visit in June by Tom.......well, the first time they were to arrive...NOTHING!!!! I called at 10:25 am to find out where the guy was and when he would arrive and all the girl could say was...Oh sorry it fell thru the cracks and didn't get scheduled. She was CLUELESS!!! I am P*****! I would not recommend this vendor if they cannot get their scheduled services set up correctly! I asked for the owner to call and I have yet to get a return call!!! Unbelieveable!
