they don't honor their work - they treated my home 3 separate times over a 5 year period - nearly $1,000!!! still have termites and they want more money...Just paid them $295 last year! They go by 2 different company names - Action termite and Master tech termite.

We apologize for your confusion. We (MasterTech Pest Solutions) only treated your house once for $295 with a 1 year warranty in 2016. We have sent someone back to follow up to do a retreat as is our part on honoring our work. There is always a chance that termites may recur after treatment and that is why every company offers a warranty so we may go back out to retreat under no cost to the customer. Basically I paid $100 to have them tell me I needed to spend $2000. I have talked to other pigeon removal companies for $0 to get a quote. The "work" they did was negligible. It was a total waste of money.
Brent came out to.the house I told him.the main problem was with the peak of.the house I could hear the pigeons in my bathroom which is upstairs. He pointed out some other spots and said they would clean up the debris, pressure wash, and replace screening. I paid $450.00 for servixe the following day wednesday 6-14. No one showed up nor called. When i called the comany tbey said the technician didnt have a ladder of sufficient height and had to reschedule for friday. Did not have them perform any work.
Initial response to set appointment was good. The time was set for 1 p.m.-3 p.m. We had another appointment set for that morning and did not want both there at the same time. MasterTech showed up at approximately 11:15 a.m. with no prior call or notification at all. He did a very quick check for bugs in and out, did not do the termite inspection and the spraying that was done was slight and fast. Was very disappointed. Was a waste of money. Would not recommend or hire again. "Service" was provided on January 11, 2016.
