My experience with them was very good. I saw a few other companies and I was impressed with these guys the most. He was on time and professional. He did a thorough inspection of our home.
We found this company on Angie's List. They had good references overall. They completed the job in a timely manner and even alerted us that they were running late. We were happy with the work.
Eric arrived on the day and time for the scheduled estimate. He measured the perimeter of my house (about 216 feet), the amount of concrete drilling needed, and examined the infested interior wall. Three mud termite tunnels were visible on the garage foundation. He wrote the estimate with a 2 year warranty. A 5 year warranty was available for an additional $250. Tim arrived promptly at 10 am, toured the house and grounds, pointed out termite tunnels- ones I knew about and more I hadn't spotted. He was very obliging and up-front about the extra fee to do a termite inspection form. After doing the inspection, he got straight to work, and continued with the work until completed, about and hour and 45 minutes later. WE CHOSE ACTION BASED ON THE RECOMMENDATION FROM A NEIGHBOR, AND VISUALLY ''INSPECTED'' THE WORK THAT HAD BEEN DONE AT THEIR HOME. WE CONTACTED A NUMBER OF OTHER COMPANIES, WHO ARE ALSO ON ANGIE'S LIST. THE PRICE WAS THE BEST FOR THE SERVICE WE CHOSE. THE TECHNICIAN ARRIVED ON TIME, WAS POLITE AND KNOWLEDGEABLE, WORKED EFFICIENTLY WITH THE TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT. THEY OFFER A NUMBER OF MULTI-YEAR WARRANTIES. WE PLAN TO USE THEM FOR FUTURE WARRANTY RENEWAL.
