The provider was great to work with, from scheduling the initial inspection through getting the actual service done. <br /> We were provided with specific windows and they were prompt and communicative with us regarding their actual arrival times, which were within the window. The inspection was pretty quick and properly thurough, catching some termite signs that I hadn't noticed. They were very good. There was no question about the payment. We did pay for the whole house treatment. The people that came out to do it were very good. They are a good company.
I was mortified, some how my house was infested with bed bugs. It was awful. Jason came out and was so kind and understanding. He explained that it had nothing to do with the cleanliness of my home and did all he could to put me at ease. He explained in detail the process to get rid of them. True to his word he was on time and they are gone. I would recommend this company. However, I would not share the fact that I had "bed bugs" with my neighbors. <br />
