Called Action Termite Control on a Tuesday, Lisa scheduled the inspection for the next day. Scott actual was able to arrive earlier that the appointed time, showed him the area of concern, he determined it was an infestation. He inspected the rest of the house and property and explained the treatment procedure in detail and answered all my concerns, Scott knows his stuff when it comes to termites. All the work was excellent. We haven't seen any bugs in the 3 months since the treatment, and the termite search was done well (it agreed with what we heard from others). The termite search (we used the Big Deal) wasn't done on the original day, though, so we had to call and have them come back out a couple of weeks later. When we talked about what to do with the termites, he was very professional and tried to match the price we got from someone else, but could only do it if we added another treatment. They were friendly, accommodating and did the job with professionalism. <br />
The ment arrived when they said they would. They prepared the soil around the house then applied the chemicals. They estimated it would take about and hr and that is what it took. They put everything back to it's original state. <br />
