Exceptional service! Online we ordered the prepaid $99 pigeon pest package. In a very short time, on the same day we placed the order, our tenant was contacted and an appointment was set. The tech was on time, professional and did a good job. After the technician finished the job he called us to let us know what work was required to rid the property of pigeons. I purchased the Angie's List "big deal" for $39.00. Jordan, our service tech, was punctual (called and arrived ahead of time after having a prior cancellation), personable and thorough. He asked where we were having problems and focused on those areas as well as the overall interior and exterior of our home. Good service, good value, good tech. Would definitely use this company again. <br />

All went well. The only unfortunate thing of the whole process is the visibility of the drill holes, but that's better than termites. <br />
<br /> I purposely waited to write this review, because I wanted to see if there was any reoccurence, and if there was, what the response of Action Termite Control would be.
