The provider was on time and got to work right away. There was no time wasted in completing the job. This doesn't surprise me because it was not an hourly job, but it was nice to know they weren't wasting my time or the time of the company. <br /> Two workers worked well together. After one treated, the other cleaned up behind him and were very efficient. Afterwards, I did not notice any issues - dirt and rock were put back as needed and it seemed to be a quality job. <br />

The gentleman that came to do the inspection and treatment was very friendly. He arrived on time, was very professional, and courteous. He explained everything that he was doing and why he was doing it. He got the job done much more quickly than I had expectedandeven did such a nice job of cleaning up the work area and patching the holes he had to drill to do the treatment, that I couldn't even tell someone had been here to do work. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of pest control.
It took him less than one hour. <br /> Slight mis-communication on annual treatment cost. Technician said $49 but paperfork says $149. <br />
We were having an invasion of ants right out of a horror movie! They were EVERYWHERE!I have never seen so many ants. We tried all of our usual home remedies and nothing worked. Master Tech came out, found where they were getting into the house and why, and fixed us all up. No recurrence of ants, and it has been several months. They made a followup call to make sure everything was working. <br />
They were prompt, professional, and repaired the problem. They took care of things that needed to be taken care of. They were able to take care of those problems. I would give A's.
