Very good! They called before they got here, prompt, just moved like super good. I do write a business with them when they were finished. They came, explained things, and see the termites again. They are knowledgeable, polite, couple ot really good guys. They were probably here like an hour.
The Tech was on time, even called when he was 30 minutes out. He thoroughly sprayed inside and out. He explained to me the products they used and there benfit. When I asked him for "sticky" bug traps to throw/set up in my garage, he not only obliged, he set them up himself. I've never had a company/rep do this. The price was very good, service was great, customer service was outstanding. I'm extremely glad I used Master Tech and even happier I signed up for Angie's List last week. <br />
