When Phillip arrived he knew exactly what was wrong with our icemaker and why it wasn't making ice. (We had previously had another repair company come and they misdiagnosed the problem and we paid for an expensive part that we didn't really need). But Phillip was totally accurate and fixed the problem. He said if we needed anything else to call.
